Like a scanner app
Tilted photos become straight pages, shadows and the colour of the light are removed, and the paper turns white so the text stands out.
Scan to PDF
Turn your phone into a document scanner. Take a photo of each page, and the scanner finds the edges of the paper, straightens the page, removes shadows and makes the paper white, then puts all pages into one PDF. It works like a scanner app, right in your browser, with nothing to install and nothing uploaded.
JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 50 pictures
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
How it works
Why use it
Tilted photos become straight pages, shadows and the colour of the light are removed, and the paper turns white so the text stands out.
Your photos never leave your device. The pages are found, straightened and saved as a PDF by your browser; nothing is uploaded or stored on our servers.
Black & white pages make tiny PDFs that are easy to email or upload to a form; colour pages stay sharp at about 250 dpi.
Questions, answered
Open this page on your phone, tap Take photo and photograph the page from above, in good light. Add more pages the same way, check the corners, choose a look and tap Make PDF.
No. It works in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers. There is no app, no account and no watermark.
No. Everything happens on your own device, and the PDF is saved straight back to it.
White paper on a white desk, or a page photographed very close, can hide the edges. Then the corners start at the edges of the photo: drag them onto the corners of the paper. A darker background helps next time.
Yes. Run the PDF through OCR PDF and it adds a hidden text layer, so you can search and copy the text.
