They are general information, written in good faith and checked when published, but apps, websites and devices change and we cannot promise every step will match what you see. Electronic signatures and legal documents
Where our guides talk about whether an electronic signature or a filled-in form is valid, that is general background, not advice about your situation. Rules differ between countries and between types of documents, and some documents still need a handwritten or certified signature. If a document matters, check what the person or organisation receiving it will accept, and ask a qualified professional if you are unsure.
Photo sizes and official photos
Sizes and rules for social media, online shops and official photos (such as passport or ID photos) are set by those services and authorities, and they change. Our guides and tool presets reflect what we found when we last checked. Always check the current rules of the service or authority before you upload or submit a picture.
The PDF and image tools
ToolsCampus helps you edit, fill, combine and convert PDF files and change pictures, but you are responsible for the content of your documents and images. Always check the finished file before you send it or rely on it. We are not responsible for files that are rejected, for missed deadlines, or for losses caused by mistakes in a file.
AI features
Some tools use AI: Remove background, the AI cut-out in the Thumbnail maker, the AI arrangement in the collage maker, and text recognition (OCR) in OCR PDF and in the editor’s Edit text tool. AI can make mistakes. Background removal can miss parts of a subject or leave bits of the background, especially with fine hair, glass, similar colours or busy backgrounds. Text recognition can misread words, numbers or accents, and works poorly on handwriting and blurry scans. An automatic collage arrangement may crop photos in a way you do not want. Check every result, and fix it with the tool’s own controls or by hand before you use it.

Our pages link to other websites, for example to explain how a feature works in another app. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
