These terms are an agreement between you and Omer Qureshi, who runs ToolsCampus from Pakistan (“we”, “us”). By using the website at https://toolscampus.com/ you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply from 10 October 2026.
The service
ToolsCampus offers free online tools for PDF files (a PDF editor, plus tools to merge, split, organize, rotate, convert, number, watermark and OCR PDFs) and for images (compress, resize, convert, crop, watermark, collage maker, thumbnail maker and background removal), plus free guides about working with PDFs and images.
The service is free for everyone. There is no paid plan. Every tool and every download option works without an account. A free account gives you higher limits in the PDF editor and lets you keep files in My Files. Without an account, the editor accepts files up to 25 MB and 50 pages and deletes them after 24 hours; with a free account, the limit is 50 MB and 100 pages and files are kept until 60 days after your last edit. These limits may change over time. The site is paid for by ads.
AI features
Some tools use AI: Remove background, the AI cut-out in the Thumbnail maker, the AI arrangement in the collage maker, and the text recognition (OCR) in OCR PDF and in the editor’s Edit text tool. They run inside your browser. AI results can be imperfect: a background removal can miss or cut off parts of a photo, text recognition can misread words, and an automatic arrangement may not crop photos the way you want. Check every result before you use it, and fix it or do it by hand where needed.
Your files
- You keep all rights to the files you upload or open and the documents and pictures you create. We do not claim ownership of them.
- For the PDF editor, you give us permission to store, process and display your files only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show the pages in the editor and to create the finished PDF. The other tools work in your browser and do not send your files to us.
- Files in the editor are deleted automatically after the times in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of anything important: ToolsCampus is not a backup service.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to use any document or picture you upload or open. You agree not to use ToolsCampus to:
- forge, alter or falsify documents, signatures, photos or records in order to deceive anyone, or to commit fraud;
- sign a document on someone else’s behalf without their permission;
- remove watermarks or other marks from content you do not have the right to use;
- upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that exploits or harms children;
- upload malware or try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the service;
- resell or offer the service to others as your own without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Tell us straight away at umerqureshi85@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
Guides and other content
Our guides are general information, not legal or professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer. The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission, except that you may share links to our pages.
Third-party services and ads
The site may show ads and link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ToolsCampus running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service. If we make important changes to these terms, we will update the date above and, where reasonable, tell account holders.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service is fit for a particular purpose, that a document or picture produced with it will be accepted by any person, website or authority, or that it will meet your needs. Always check your finished file before you rely on it or send it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to 10 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep the rights your local law gives you.
Ending these terms
You may stop using ToolsCampus at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, no warranty and limitation of liability) continue after the terms end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.
