Help with a tool
If something does not look right in the PDF editor, in one of the PDF or image tools, or in a file you downloaded, please tell us:
- which tool you used and what you were trying to do,
- which browser and device you used (for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone),
- and, if you can, a screenshot.
Please do not email us documents or photos that contain sensitive personal information unless we ask for a sample.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account, email us from the address on your account and put “Privacy request” in the subject. We answer within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
Corrections to a guide
If you spot a mistake in one of our guides, or a step that no longer works, email us with the page address. We check every report and update the guide if needed.
Ads and advertising
If an ad on our site looks wrong or inappropriate, send us the page address and a short description or screenshot of the ad. Ads are chosen by Google, not by us, but we can block some advertisers and kinds of ads. For any other question about ads on the site, email us as well.
